Freedom BRIDGE, a ministry of Community Partners of Hope, is committed to connecting individuals affected by or at risk for opioid use disorder with the support they need to heal and thrive. Through accessible classes, compassionate counseling, prevention programs, and recovery services, we empower people to reclaim their lives and build stronger, healthier communities. And, because we know that they are also impacted by opioid use disorder, we will offer support for families and friends of our clients.
